At the time of use, it was quite strong and the variety of different patterns and intensities must have done the job. The cup is shorter in length so it is more of a head stimulator. The cup is easily removed for cleaning although it is a challenge to fully insert it into the holder. I found a bit of lube to help re-insert the cup.
