Detach the silicone sleeve from the cylinder after each use and wash with warm water and mild fragrance-free soap. Rinse the cylinder interior with warm water. It takes a while to get used to strong sucking, but once you do, it’s great, especially with the sleeves on. There were a few more steps than I thought to clean, mostly with glass tubes where you just can’t reach all the places inside with your fingers. But other than that, it’s really good for a suction toy.
