This item is perfect for size, texture, the diameter of the tube that runs through the middle, and even for suction. The only complaint is that once the ball is pressed, it does not explode again because it has no valves of any kind. You press it once, then it stays deflated unless you disconnect it.

This toy is great, so I said it’s hard to clean, but fill the bulb with water and run it through the tube and toy to wash it a few times to clean it well. Can be used as an enema. We used a watery white lube as a spruce, but it’s fun to play. We have a bunch of toys of this brand and we are very happy to have great toys there. Very enclosed (about an inch and a half) and tall, but only with a 7-inch insert and not a 9-inch suction cup. The bulb contains a decent amount of liquid and will not easily get stuck with the hose.

It’s still a bigger and more expensive toy than the best toy, although care should be taken not to use Vaseline because I have a small black spot on the back because I haven’t cleaned enough Vaseline. Also if you want to use it as something oral it is hard to get a taste of silicone.
